Established since 1981 Yew Tree Farm Shop is a family run business in Halewood Village. Expansion took place in 2001 when the old 17th Century hay barn was converted allowing the large, spacious building perfect for housing an array of sweet and savoury goodies.

Our aim is to provide quality local produce wherever possible. Without compromising quality we initially look for local suppliers before searching within the UK and only source produce from elsewhere when British is unavailable.

Situated in the beautiful greenbelt/countryside between Widnes and Liverpool a warm and friendly welcome can always be found. Bring the whole family to enjoy the relaxed shopping experience and to look around the many animals.

Produce

At Yew Tree Farm there is a huge range of seasonal produce, the list really is endless but here is just a sample of what we sell:

Fresh fruit and vegetables – Much of it is sourced as locally as possible to support our region and to reduce food miles.

Frozen food – Ready meals, ice-cream, fish, prepared fruit and veg.

Meat – Prepared fresh on site and sold in the shop Thursday-Sunday, freshly frozen meat is available at all other times. Cumbria’s finest sausages are great anytime but especially for those summer barbeques. Locally sourced lamb is available weekly from June, and orders for fresh free range turkeys can be taken throughout the year. Bacon, black and white pudding are available throughout the week.
