Call us old fashioned, but we like eating food that’s fresh, tasty and as local as possible. And that’s exactly what we offer in the Kenyon Hall Farm Shop. Open 7 days a week (9.30am – 5pm) the shop is brimming with local, seasonal produce, complimented with artisan treats from further afield.
We grow lots of the fruit and vegetables right here on the farm. You can also pick up some home-made jams, chutneys and cakes. Or bread that’s been freshly baked in the kitchen this morning. Or honey from bee hives near the farm. Or oil pressed from our own oil seed rape… you get the idea!
What’s more, we can tell you exactly where everything else comes from too. The organic meat comes from Mrs Forster in St. Helens. The free-range pork and grass-fed beef courtesy of Ben in the Trough of Bowland. Happy hens, ducks and quails lay eggs for us in Cheshire and Lancashire. Carol at The Cheese Shop in Chester provides us with a range of specialty cheeses. We could go on… but why not just pay us a visit and fall in love with food again!
