Established in 1925 by his grandfather, John D Owen, Kenny Owen and his wife Yolanda continue to adhere to the values which have always been the hallmark of the family butcher’s business with traditionally hung meats and a wide selection of local produce.

But that doesn’t mean time has stood still. From the bright and attractive deli-style premises in the town’s Victoria Street, Kenny and Yolanda continue to sell the very best quality Scottish beef, lamb, pork and chicken along with artisan Scottish cheeses and a delicious range of accompaniments including chutneys, pickles, Galloway honey, local artisan cheeses, olives, antipasti – everything you would expect from a quality deli counter.
